Payment Policy
Currently, the only method of payment accepted is through PayPal.
Shipping
SOE Jakarta is not responsible for any incoming fees charged by international/local customs or any other tax authorities. If a customer refuses any shipments from SOE Jakarta, the customer will remain responsible for all of the original shipping and handling charges, duties, taxes, and customs charges incurred upon receiving their order as well as all of the costs associated with returning the package to SOE Jakarta, and if agreed, costs returning the package back to the buyer.
Exchanges & Returns
Product returns are given only under the condition of the received item(s) being damaged or defective. In the case of a damaged or defective item(s), should the buyer request to exchange or replace it, the damaged/defective item(s) must be returned in order to send the replacement. Should the customer request an exchange or replacement, please contact soejakarta@gmail.com.
SOE Jakarta advises customers to thoroughly check the received garments upon delivery before removing any attached tags.
SOE Jakarta has provided our size chart on every item listed on soejakarta.com. We advise customers to check the measurement before ordering. If you are unsure about the measurement, please contact us at info@soejakarta.com. If you would like to pre-order garments according to your own measurements, feel free to contact us at info@soejakarta.com to confirm the details of your measurements. Please note that SOE Jakarta does not accept returns or refunds in a matter of measurement. Any alterations needed for the garment after the size is confirmed will be the customer's responsibility.
Any request for a return/exchange should explicitly note the reason for the return/exchange through contact to SOE Jakarta within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. Returned goods will be only be accepted 15 days after the customer has received them. Any item(s) received beyond this timeframe will not be accepted for a return or exchange. Returned goods must be returned in their original condition - clean, unworn, undamaged, and have all tags intact.
It is recommended that garments are to be returned via registered post. Please remember to record the tracking number. SOE Jakarta is not responsible for goods that are lost or damaged in transit. the postage costs for returning goods are the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed only in the case of damaged, faulty, or incorrectly supplied goods.
Please note, items on sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
Canceling the order SOE Jakarta does not refund any order that is already sent. Orders can be canceled either by the store or by the customer's request. Canceling orders are only valid within 24 hours after receiving the confirmation email for your order. If our store cancels the order either due to stock unavailability or they are unable to process your order request, a refund will automatically be made for the specific item or order back into your registered PayPal account from which the payment for the order was made with. Customers will receive an order cancelation confirmation email, along with a copy of the refund invoice attached within.
