Repair Service

Please make sure your item is sanitized before mailing to our employees to help you repair.

There are several ways you can get your item repaired:

For smaller holes, you can refer to our easy-to-follow Repair Guide.
For larger holes, we provide a patch kit that you can purchase through our tokopedia page, found here***. Our Patch kit consists of needle, thread, and a fabric patch 10 cm x 10 cm (we will send the exact same fabric as requested, but in the case of a fabric stock shortage, we will send a fabric patch that is most similar to it instead.), so you can simply repair your garments at home and expend the lifespan of your favorite piece.
For broken zippers, the garment can be sent back to us for repairs, but be informed that the delivery services will not be paid for by the company.
