Behind each one of our beautiful and one of a kind handwoven fabric, we would like to give big appreciation to our local weavers' effort, hardwork and commitment. They have done such an amazing job not just to create unique textures of handwoven fabric from their traditional hand loom for us to wear, but their creations are also helping Indonesia to preserve our traditional fabrics and textiles.

Here are some things we do to support our weavers:

• Creating opportunities for weavers
• Working with smaller producers weaving wrokshop, weaving/ crochet artisan to support and grow them
• Supporting weavers and artisans, ensuring a continued income through reorders
• Pay a percentage of the order in advance so that weavers can purchase and make product, so that they will not go into debt.
• We increase order over time so that suppliers can grow along with us
• Ensuring no child labour and forced labour
• No children under the age of 16 make our clothing
• No forced labour. All employees are working of their own free will.
• Workers are provided regular breaks and holidays.
• Excessive working hours are not allowed.
• We are aware that Modern Slavery is a hidden issue in society and are committed to vigilance and will not accept this anywhere in our supply chain.

• Employees have freedom of association to join trade unions if available and the right to collective bargaining
